Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at pawncorp26@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. Once reviewed, we'll send a full refund or a free replacement—no need to mail anything back.

Change of mind
Because of how our products are sourced and shipped, we're not able to accept returns for buyer's remorse. Please reach out with any questions before ordering if you're unsure about a product.
